A six-member committee, headed by Pratyush Sinha, IAS (Retd.) and former Chief Vigilance Commissioner, has been constituted by SEBI to undertake a comprehensive review of provisions relating to conflict of interest, disclosures, and related matters in respect of Members and Officials of the Board.

Injeti Srinivas, IAS (Retd.), former Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and former Chairman, International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Committee. Other members include Uday Kotak, Founder & Director, Kotak Mahindra Bank; G Mahalingam, former Executive Director, RBI and former Whole Time Member, SEBI; Sarit Jafa, IA&AS (Retd.), former Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General; and Prof. R Narayanaswamy, former Professor, IIM Bangalore.
