Praveen Vashista appointed as Special Secretary, MHA

Praveen Vashista has been appointed as Special Secretary (Internal Security) in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). Vashista, who belongs to a 1991 batch IPS officer of Bihar cadre, will take over the charge on December 31, 2024 and work as OSD for the time being.
