Their resignations come in the wake of Viraj Didwania resigning from the position of the Managing Director of the company on March 19, 2021. In his resignation letter, Bhargava stated that he felt a sort of sync with the outgoing MD, which he might not feel the new appointee. Likewise, in his resignation letter, Subramanian stated his belief that Didwania managed the company with exemplary professionalism and excellent governance.
