Priyanka Vadra served notice to vacate govt accommodation

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has been asked to vacate the government accommodation of 35 Lodhi Estate by August 1, 2020. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has served a notice on Ms Vadra in this regard. The notice says that since the MHA has withdrawn the SPG protection and Z+ security cover, therefore there is no provision to allot/retain the government accommodation on security grounds. The allotment of the said house has been cancelled on July 1, 2020. She is advised to vacate the house by August 1, 2020.
