Probe ordered against Himachal RERA

Himachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Sanjay Gupta has directed the State Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau to provide relevant documents relating to all Joint Development Agreement real estate projects by the state's Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) by the end of this month. The state has issued an order in this regard to investigate suspected irregularities related to the violation of Section 118 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972.
