Only those officers, who have enjoyed two rotation and three location postings, will be promoted to the General Manager (GM) and Executive Director (ED) levels in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). The officers, who do not join new place of posting after transfer, will be deprived of promotion
