Promotions held up due to want of DPC?

As per information many proposals are held up due to want of DPC meetings. It is said that some ministries have written to UPSC in July to arrange a DPC for the promotion of their eligible officers, but the Commission is not able to decide the date. Ministries /departments are still waiting for a re
