PS Brahmanandam shifted as PCE, SCR

PS Brahmanandam, who is presently working as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) in South Western Railway (SWR) has been transferred to South Central Railway (SCR) in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
