PSBs should form ‘Ethics & Vigilance Committee’: BBB
The Banks Board Bureau in its March 2018 report has recommended formation of an Ethics & Vigilance Committee of the Boards of Public Sector Banks (PSBs) made up of only Non-executives and to the extent possible, majority of independent members to be chaired by the Non-executive Chairman.
