R A Laskar granted proforma promotion to IGP grade

Rafiul Alam Laskar, DIG, Directorate General, CRPF, New Delhi, currently on central deputation has been granted proforma promotion to the rank of IGP in Super Time Scale-II of IPS. He is a 2006 batch IPS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
