R-Day function next year to be lively

Every year, the R-Day function used to be a lively event but this year, the celebrations were toned down due to the COVID pandemic. Next year, however, the government will again celebrate the Day in a grand way. The ongoing Central Vista work in and around India gate is likely to be completed by then so that function and parade is organised smoothly.
