R N Jha yet to get orders as Director (Tech), CMPDIL

The orders of Rabindra Nath Jha, Director (Technical), MECL, for the appointment as Director (Technical), Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL) are yet to be issued by the Government of India.
