Raghav Chandra's book launched

Retired IAS Secretary Raghav Chandra’s book Kali’s Daughter was launched by Supreme Court Judge  Sanjay Kishan Kaul on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti in the presence of Ashok Lavasa Election Commissioner, Ambassadors Ajit Kumar and TCA Raghavan, Professor Malashri Lal and Raghav Chandra himself. The captivating program which was very well attended, was compered by Shivani Wazir Pasrich. The panel discussion was on caste and other human rights issues in the national and international arena.
