Raghvendra Singh has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Culture on contract basis for a period of one year. Singh, who is a 1983 batch retired IAS officer of West Bengal cadre, will continue holding the charge of CEO, Development of Museums and Cultural Spaces.
