Rahul Pachori, Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (Sr.DEE), Traction (TRS), Tuglakabad, West Central Railway (WCR), has been appointed as Deputy Secretary (Dy. Secy) on deputation basis to the Department of School Education and Literacy, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
