Railway taking passengers without ticket?
If sources are to be believed to clear the huge rush of Maha Kumabh at different railway stations in Prayagraj, most of the passengers are travelling to and fro Prayagraj without ticket. Trains are running over crowded. Railway has said that tickets are being checked.
