The Ministry of Railways is yet to appoint a full-time Chairman-cum-Managing Director, RailTel Corporation of India Limited (RCIL). The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has already passed the buck to the Railway Ministry to depute officer to the post after it failed twice to select the person at two selections meetings. Ashutosh Vasant, Director POM, is holding an additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director.
