Raj Kumar Dubey appointed as Director (HR), BPCL

Raj Kumar Dubey, ED, IOCL, has been appointed as Director (HR), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
