In the sprawling bungalow in the Rashtrapati Bhawan presence was seen of the who is who in the country last week.The occasion was wedding of the daughter of the Joint Secretary in the Rashtrapati Bhawan Bharat Lal.President,Vice President,Prime Minister,Home Minister and other members of the Cabinet besides top corporates including Gautam Adani and Sunil Mittal and top functionaries of the Government of India were seen in  the wedding reception.He is 1988 batch IFS officer of Gujarat cadre.
