Rajeev Roy has been transferred and given a new posting as Officer on Special Duty to Secretary-Telecom (OSD to Secretary (Telecom)). Prior to this, he was serving as DDG, DoT HQ. He is a Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) of Indian P&T Accounts & Finance Service, Group ‘A’ office
