Rajesh Kumar Gupta posted as CESE, NER

Rajesh Kumar Gupta, who is presently serving in North Eastern Railway (NER), has been posted as Chief Electrical Service Engineer (CESE) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
