Rajiv Gauba cleared final examination as Home Secretary ?

If top sources are to be believed, Home Secretary Rajiv Gauba had cleared the last examination for the top post of Cabinet Secretary. It is said that on Article 370 in Kashmir, Gauba worked day and night with dedication to prove his sincerity. And the result was out on August 21 . Outstanding CR given by Home Secretary Amit Shah also helped him to get this position.
