Rajiv Jain and Arbinda Kumar retires-two posts vacant
Rajiv Jain Arbinda Kumar Member NHRC Rajiv Kumar, who is 1980 batch IPS officer of Jharkhand cadre, and Vigilance Commissioner Arbind Kumar of 1984 batch IPS officer from Bihar cadre have retired. Now new appointments are to be made.
