Rajiv Kumar to take charge as new CEC on Sunday
Senior most EC Rajiv Kumar has been appointed new CEC of India. He will take over the charge on Sunday May 15. He is a 1984 batch Jharkhand cadre IAS officer and was appointed EC in August 2020. He retired in February 2020. (We said this on Jan 7, 2022 and 6,May 2022)
