Rakesh Banoat as Acting DG, Investigation Wing, CCI

Rakesh Banoat, Adviser, Competition Commission of India (CCI), has been appointed as Acting Director General of the Investigation Wing of the Commission after a vacancy this post arose upon Anshuman Patnaik, Director General, demitting office consequent upon his empanelment and appointment as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
