Rakesh Kumar not interested in further extension, to return to parent cadre

Rakesh Kumar, Chief Vigilance Officer, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), is expected to return to his parent cadre on October 15, 2017.  However, his tenure is extendable for two years, but he doesn’t appears to be interested in getting extension. Kumar is a 1990 batch IDAS officer.
