Rakesh Rawal gets transfer to North Western Railway

Rakesh Rawal, who is presently posted in Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW), has been transferred to North Western Railway (NWR) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
