‘RAKSHA’ — India's new 10-year defence-diplomacy roadmap

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh released RAKSHA, a 10-year framework centred on strategic partnerships, military capacity-building/exercises, indigenous defence exports and India's maritime-security role as a Net Security Provider and first responder. The launch brought together senior military leadership including COAS Gen Dhiraj Seth, Vice Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit, Vice Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral Ajay Kochhar and CISC Air Marshal Tejinder Singh, underscoring the increasingly integrated diplomatic-operational approach.
