Ram Narayan Dubey appointed as Director (Fin), NCL

Ram Narayan Dubey, GM, CIL has been appointed as Director (Finance), Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL). The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
