Ranit Puri re-appointed Director, ISGEC

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd Chairman Ranjit Puri has been re-appointed as Director. The re-appointment of Puri - who was liable to retire by rotation - was approved by the Board of Directors at the 87^th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday. Meanwhile, Aditya Puri has been re-appointed as Managing Director, and Sidharth Prasad and Vishal Kirti Keshav Marwaha re-appointed as Independent directors of the company. On the other hand, Vinod K Nagpal, Tahir Hasan, Arun Kathpalia and Vinod Kumar Sachdeva have retired from the position of Independent directors.
