Rathendra Raman shifted as CFTM, SER

Rathendra Raman, who is presently working as Chief Freight Transport Manager (CFTM) in South East Central Railway (SECR), has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) and in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
