RBI Governor wants to withdraw nominees from bank boards

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Urjit Patel wants to withdraw the apex bank’s nominees on the board of various banks except in the cases where there are special concerns warranting a nominee to be appointed on a Board.
