RCFL pays dividend to GoI

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd offered Rs. 103.44 crores as final dividend (FY 2021-22) and Rs. 66.20 crores as an interim dividend (FY 2022-23) to Government of India. S C Mudgerikar is the Chairman & Managing Director, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is a leading fertilizers and chemicals manufacturing company with about 75% of its equity held by the Government of India. Company was accorded the coveted “Miniratna” status in 1997.
