Rebel outfit warns Assam DGP, he says nothing new in receiving threats

Assam DGP Gyanendra Pratap Singh received threats in an open letter by rebel outfit ULFA-Independent (ULFA-I) over stopping of fake encounters in the state. Responding to the warning, the DGP said that there is “nothing new” in the threats by the rebel outfit, and claimed that he had been receiving such threats by various terrorist outfits during his long police career.
