Recommendation for elevation of Allahabad HC Advocate recalled
The Supreme Court Collegium has considered to recall its recommendation for elevation of Amit Negi, Advocate as Judge of the Allahabad High Court and therefore resolved to recommend that the above proposal need not be processed any further.
