Representation Committee for all government servants

This committee will see those cases who have been recommended by the Review Committee. The Secretary of this committee will be nominated by the Cabinet Secretary. Additional Secretary/Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat; and One member nominated by the CCA.  After issue of the orders of premature retirement, the concerned Government servant may put up representation for orders otherwise, within three weeks from the date of service of such notice / order and the matter may be placed before Representation Committee 8 along with fresh input, if any. The examination of the representation should be completed by the Cadre Authorities within two weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
