Representation Committee re-constituted

The govt has re-constituted the representation committee. Ms Leena Nandan, Secretary, Consumer Affairs, will Head the Committee while Ashutosh Jindal, JS, Cabinet Secretariat, will be a Member. No Member will be nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority.  The Committee will see the cases related to  the  periodic review of central govt employees for strengthening of administration ER 56(j)(I) and Rule 48 of CCS(Pension) Rules,1972.
