Reshuffle of IAS officer in W Bengal

IAS officers have been reshuffled in W Bengal. Anshul Gupta has been appointed as CEO, KMDA, while Dr Uma Sankar S takes over as Senior Special Secretary, Agriculture Department and Pawan Kadyan was made IG Registration and Commissioner of Stamp Revenue. Similarly, Mrs Dipika Sanyamath is posted as Secretary in Mass Education Extension and Library Services Department; P Mohangandhi as Director, Institute of Environmental Studies and Wetland Management; Abhinav Chandra as Additional Director, ATI; Rajesh Kumar Sinha as PS, Housing Department with additional charge of PS, Youth Services and Sports and PS, Disaster Management and Civil Services; Manoj Kumar Agarwal as Chief Electoral Officer, West Bengal and Mrs Smaraki Mahapatra will hold additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director, West Bengal Mineral Development & Trading Corporation.
