Reshuffle of IAS officers in Bihar

Around two dozen IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Bihar. Accordingly, Dr Chandrashekhar Singh has been appointed as Special Secretary, CM secretariat, while Kapil Ashok will now be DM, Patna and Rajnikant is DM, Lakhisrai. Similarly, Naval Kishor Chaudhary has been appointed as DM, Bhagalpur; Subrat Kumar Sen as DM, Mujaffarpur; Md Maqsud Alam as DM, Gopalganj; Arvind Kuamr Chaudhary gets additional charge of Principal Secretary, Rural Development; K Senthil as Principal Secretary, Planning and Development; Pankaj Kumar as Principal Secretary, PHE; Safina A N as Additional Member, Revenue Board, Patna; N Sarwan Kumar as Secretary, Food & Consumer Protection; Deepak Anant as Secretary Finance; Manoj Kumar as Secretary, OBC Welfare; Md Sohel as Secretary, Minority Welfare; Pranav Kumar as Secretary, Home, Neelam Chaudhary as Divisional Commissioner, Saharsa division; Sanjay Dubey as Divisional Commissioner, Purnia; Himanshu Kumar Rai as Special Secretary, Planning and Development; Rahul Kumar as Director, Bihar Archives; Jai Prakash Singh as Director, Provident Fund; Vishal Raj gets additional charge of Transport Commissioner and Anil Kumar was made Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Haryali.
