Reshuffle of IAS officers in Bihar

A number of IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Bihar. Accordingly, Mrs Vandana Kini has been appointed as Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur while Mrs Safina A N was posted as Divisional Commissioner, Purnia and Narmadeshwar Lal  is Divisional Commissioner, Muzaffarpur. Besides, Rajesh Kumar has been appointed as Secretary, Bihar Human Rights Commission with additional charge of Inquiry Commissioner, GAD; Lokesh Kumar Singh as Commissioner, Saran Division; Asangba Chuba AO as Divisional Commissioner, Kosi division, Saharsa; Mrs Udita Singh as Joint Secretary, GAD; Roshan Kushwaha as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Vaishali Zilla Panchayat, Hajipur; Suharsh Bhagat as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Chhapra Zilla Panchayat; Sawan Kumar as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Nawada Zilla Panchayat; Prashant Kumar C H as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Munger Zilla Panchayat; Manesh Kumar Meena as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Jahanabad Zilla Panchayat; Aman Samir as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Zilla Panchayat, Purnia; Ghanshyam Meena as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Aurangabad Zilla Panchayat; Sajjan R as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Gopalganj Zilla Panchayat; Ms J Priyadarshni as Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Begusarai and Vijay Prakash Meena was posted as SDO, Bagaha, West Champaran.
