Reshuffle of IAS officers in C’garh

R P Mandal, Principal Secretary, Forest and Labour  Department has been posted as Principal Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Development Department and will be handed over additional charge as Development Commissioner and Director General, SIRD after retirement of Additional Chief Secretary M K Raut on November 30 this year.

C K Khaitan , Director General , Chhattisgarh Administration Academy will be posted as Principal Secretary, Forest Department.

Sonmoni Borah, Secretary, Social Welfare and Youth and Sports Welfare Department has been posted as Secretary, Water Resources and Religious Trusts and Endowments Department.

D D Singh, Secretary, Co-operative Department has been given additional charge as Secretary, Commercial Taxes (Prohibition & Registration) with  additional charge also as Commissioner (Prohibition), Managing Director , Chhattisgarh State Beverage Corporation and as Managing Director, Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation.

Avinash Champavat, Labour Commissioner and Director, Sports and Youth Welfare has been posted as Commissioner, Surguja division.

Rita Shandilya, Commissioner, Surguja division has been posted as Special Secretary (Independent charge), General Administration Department (GAD)  and given additional charge as Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Co-operatives Department.

R Prasanna, Commissioner, Health Services and Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission has been made Special Secretary (Independent charge), Social Welfare, Sports and Youth Welfare and handed over additional charge as Commissioner (Disabilities).

R Sangeetha, Special Secretary, General Administration Department has been made Special Secretary (Independent charge), Labour Department and also posted as Labour Commissioner.

Dharmesh Sahu, Registrar, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University had been made Director, Sports and Youth Welfare.

Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure has been posted as Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission, Raipur.
