Reshuffle of IAS officers in Chhattisgarh

As many as 11 IAS officers have been given new assignments in Chhattisgarh. Accordingly, Mrs Renu G Pillai has been appointed as ACS, Sports and Youth Welfare with additional charges of Science, Technology, Religious Trusts as well as DG, Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration while Subrat Sahu was made ACS, Panchayat and Rural Development, Development Commissioner and DG, Thakur Pyarelal Panchayat and Rural Development Institute and Manoj Kumar Pingua is Principal Secretary, Home & Jail and Principal Resident Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Bhawan, New Delhi. Similarly, A Kulbhushan Toppo has been appointed as Secretary, GAD; Dhananjay Dewangan as Secretary, Housing and Environment; S Bhartidasan is Secretary, PHE; Himshikhar Gupta as Special Secretary Special Secretary (Independent Charge), Cooperative and Registrar of Cooperative Societies; Yashwant Kumar as Commissioner, Raipur division; Satyanarayan Rathor gets additional charge of Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection; Dr Tamboli Ayyaz Fakirbhai as Director, Agriculture and Saransh Mittar was made MD, Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Corporation.
