Reshuffle of IAS officers in Jharkhand

More than half a dozen IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Jharkhand. Accordingly, Bhishm Kumar has been appointed as Additional Secretary, School Education and Literacy, while Shekhar Jamuar was made Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Dumka Zilla Panchayat and Bal Kishun Munda is Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-CEO, Dhanbad Zilla Panchayat. Similarly, Anjani Kumar Dubey has been appointed as Additional Incharge Joint Transport Commissioner, Ranchi; Hira Lal Mandal as Joint CEO, Elections; Jagbandhu Mahatha as Additional Incharge Secretary, Minority Commission and Ajay Singh Baraik was made  Zilla Welfare Officer, Devghar.
