Reshuffle of IAS officers in Orissa

Some IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Orissa. Accordingly, Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra has been appointed as Principal Secretary, School and Mass Education while Ranjana Chopra will now be Secretary, Cooperation with additional charge of DG, Gopabandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar and Manoj Ahuja is OSD, GAD. Similarly, Gudey Srinivas has been posted as Principal Secretary, Commerce and Transport; Sanjay Rastogi as OSD, GAD; Anu Garg as Principal Secretary, Labour and ESI; Saurabh Garg as Principal Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment; Nikunja Bihari Dhal as Secretary, Excise Department with additional charge of Secretary in the science and technology department; VV Yadav as Secretary, Food Supply and Consumer Welfare department; Niranjan Sahu as Additional Secretary to CM and Bishnupada Sethi was posted as Commissioner Secretary, Rural Development with additional charge as Special Relief Commissioner.
