Reshuffle of IAS officers in Punjab

As many as 12 IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Punjab. Accordingly, Manikant Prasad Singh has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Taxation and in addition Additional Chief Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training while  G Vajralingam was made as Additional  Chief Secretary Parlimentary affairs and Sanjay Kumar is Principal Secretary Labour and in addition Principal Secretary Medical Education and Research. Similarly, Jaspal Singh has been appointed  as Principal Secretary Water Resources; Vikas Pratap as Secretary Tourism and Cultural Affairs; Kamal Kishore Yadav as Director Treasury and Accounts and in addition Managing Director Punjab State Ware Housing Corp. Ltd. and CONWARE;  Abhinav placed as the disposal of the department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner Municipal Corp. Ludhiana,  Jaskaran Singh, as Director Hospitality,  Amit Kumar, as Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development, Karnesh Sharma, as Director Local Government, Mrs Deepti Uppal, as Chief Executive Officer, Amritsar, Smart City Ltd. and in addition Chief Administrator, Amritsar Development Authority Amritsar and in addition Service placed as the disposal of the department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner Municipal Corp. Amritsar, Abhijeet Kaplish, as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mansa.
