Reshuffle of IAS officers in Punjab

Around one dozen IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Punjab. Accordingly, Kahan Singh Pannu has been appointed as Secretary, Agriculture & Soil conservation and Dipinder Singh was made Secretary, Elections and Harjeet Singh is Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections. Similarly, Mohinder Pal Arora has been appointed as Special Secretary, Higher Education & Languages; Manashvi Kumar as Director, Social Security & Development of Women and Children; Arun Sekhari as Special Secretary, Coordination; Basant Garg as Special Secretary, Revenue & Rehabilitation and Diprava Lakra was posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar.
