Reshuffle of IAS officers in Punjab

Around one dozen IAS officers have been transferred and posted to different places in Punjab. Accordingly, Rahul Kumar has been appointed as Secretary, Health and Family Welfare with additional charges of Director, Mines and Geology and Project Director National Health Mission and Managing Director Punjab Health System Corporation while Chander Gaind was made Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development and Fisheries and Manvesh Singh Siddhu is Secretary, Revenue and Rehabilitation. Similarly, Karnesh Sharma has been appointed as Special Secretary Forest and Wildlife with additional charges of Education and Research and Secretary Punjab State Board For Technical Education and Industrial Training; Harpreet Singh Sudan as DG Employment Generation and Training; Ruhi Dugg as Additional Secretary Housing and Urban Development with additional charge of Additional Chief Administrator Policy; Jasprit Singh as Additional Secretary Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs with additional charges of Director Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs; Pallavi as ADC Development, Tarantaran; Amit Kumar Panchal as ADC General Hoshiarpur; Aditya Dachalwal as ADC, General Barnala and Gautam Jain as SDM, Nakodar.
