Reshuffle of IAS officers in Telangana

As many as 11 IAS officers have been reshuffled and given new responsibilities in Telangana. Arvind Kumar has been appointed Special Chief Secretary Revenue (Disaster Management) and relieved from the full additional charge of the posts of HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner and Municipal Administration Commissioner, while Rahul Bojja was posted as Secretary, General Administration Department and he will continue to hold full additional charge as Secretary and Commissioner of Scheduled Castes Development Department. Similarly, B Venkatesham will be posted as PS, Education with full additional charge as Commissioner, Collegiate and Technical Education; Ms Vakati Karuna takes over as Secretary and Commissioner, Women, Child, Disabled and Senior Citizens Department; A Vani Prasad as PS, Environment, Forests and Science & Technology; K S Sreenivasa Raju as Secretary, TR&B Department; M Dana Kishore as PS, Municipal Administration & UD Department with additional charge of the posts of Metropolitan Commissioner, HMDA and Director, Municipal Administration;  Christina Z Chonthu as Secretary, Health and Family Welfare; C Sudarshan Reddy as MD, Hyderabad Metro Water Board;  R V Karnan as Director, Health and Family Welfare and Dr T K Sreedevi has been shifted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes.
