Reshuffle of IAS officers in Tripura

More than two dozen Administrative Officers have been transferred in Tripura. Accordingly, Dr Mahatma Sandeep Namdeo has been shifted and posted as district magistrate of West Tripura while Dr Milind Dharmrao Ramteke was taken out of west district and made Director of Urban Development Department. Dr Ramteke will continue to hold position as additional secretary in office of the Chief Minister.  Raval Hamendra Kumar (IAS) has been made new DM of North Tripura district, T K Debnath will be the new DM and Collector of Gomati district, Dingliana Darlong (IAS) has been assigned the charge of new DM of Unakoti district, Debapriya Bardhan (IAS), incumbent Inspector General of Prisons and director of Information and Technology has been made new DM of South Tripura district. Rabindra Reang will be the new DM of Khowai district, Smt. Brahmneet Kaur has been transferred as new DM of Sepahijala district, CK Jamatia, incumbent DM of South Tripura district has been transferred director of Tribal Welfare department and managing director of ST Development Corporation limited. In addition, he will also function as ex-officio additional secretary of Tribal Welfare department. PK Chakraborty, incumbent DM of Sepahijala district, transferred as additional secretary of RD Department and Director of SW and SE in addition and Saradindu Choudhury, incumbent DM of North Tripura made additional secretary of Home department. Dr Rathod Sandeep Rewaji, incumbent DM of Unakoti has been transferred as Director of Industries and Commerce department, MD of TIDC limited and Mission Director of Tripura Bamboo Mission. V G Jenner has been transferred as Managing Director of Tripura Jute Mills limited and MD of Tripura Small Industries Corporation limited, in addition. Mrs Vishwasree B will look after the charges of Director of Information and Cultural Affairs. Nagesh Kumar B has been transferred as Commissioner of Taxes and Excise and joint secretary of Finance Department, Govekar Mayur Ratilal has been transferred as Director of Tourism Department and will hold additional charges of MD of Tripura Tourism Development Corporation limited.
