Reshuffle of IAS officers in UP

In a major administrative reshuffle, as many as 16 IAS officers have been assigned new responsibilities in UP. Accordingly, Himanshu Kumar has been appointed as PS, Rural Development and Rural Engineering Services, while Parth Sarthi Sen takes over as PS, Medical, Healthy & Family Welf

In a major administrative reshuffle, as many as 16 IAS officers have been assigned new responsibilities in UP. Accordingly, Himanshu Kumar has been appointed as PS, Rural Development and Rural Engineering Services, while Parth Sarthi Sen takes over as PS, Medical, Healthy & Family Welfare and Dr Hari Om is now PS, Social Welfare and Director, Tribal Development. Similarly, Mrs Monica S Garg will be posted as ACS, Minorities Welfare and Muslim Waqf Department; Amit Mohan Prasad as ACS, MSME and Export Promotion, Handloom and Textile Industries and Khadi and Gramodyog Department; Mahesh Kumar Gupta as ACS, Energy and Additional Sources of Energy; Mrs Kalpana Awasthi as PS to Governor; Navneet Kumar Sehgal as ACS, Sports; Mukesh Kumar Meshram, PS, Tourism & Culture, will also handle charge of PS, Dharmarth Karya Vibhag; Arvind Kumar, ACS and Commissioner, Infrastructure and Industrial Development, will handle additional charge of CEO, UPEIDA and UPSHA; Rajesh Kumar Singh-I was shited as PS, Prison Administration and Reforms Services; Manoj Kumar Singh, Agriculture Production Commissioner, gets additional charge of ACS, Food Processing; Sudhir Mahadev Bobde was appointed as PS, Higher Education; Sanjay Prasad, PS, CM, Protocol, was relieved of the additional charges of Dharmarth Karya Vibhag, Energy and  CEO, UPEIDA and UPSHA and DG, Prisons; Deepak Kumar, PS, Basic Education, was assigned additional responsibility of PS, Secondary Education and Mrs Aradhana Shukla has been posted as ACS, AYUSH Department.
